Help Us Protect the Sound That Moves the World
At A-Case, we believe music makes the world a better place, and our mission is to support the people who create it. Every cello case we produce is part of a larger story: rehearsals, concerts, tours, recordings, and moments that stay with people for a lifetime.
That is why quality is non-negotiable. When a musician trusts us with their instrument, there is no room for wrong notes.
As our production grows, we are opening a new position for a Carbon Impregnation Specialist to join our team in Croatia and grow with us long term.
No Experience Required — We’ll Teach You the Craft
You don’t need previous experience with carbon fiber. We provide paid training and hands-on guidance, teaching you a precise and demanding craft, one layer at a time.
This role requires patience, focus, and responsibility. Think of it like music: precision matters, timing matters, and every small detail contributes to the final performance.
Who We’re Looking For (Think of This as Our Ensemble)
We’re not looking for someone to just “fill a position.” We’re looking for a new member of the ensemble.
Someone who:
- Is actively engaged and takes pride in their work
- Enjoys challenges and solving problems
- Thinks outside the box and contributes ideas
- Is patient, precise, and consistent
- Likes improving processes, not just following them
- Brings creativity into both thinking and execution
We welcome people who ask questions, suggest improvements, and help fine-tune the process—because great results are never accidental.
How We Work: Rhythm, Trust, and Communication
At A-Case, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That means precision, consistency, and responsibility, every time.
At the same time, we believe good work needs the right conditions:
- Flexible working hours, where possible
- Open and honest communication
- Transparency in expectations and feedback
- Long-term cooperation and growing together
Like in music, the best results come when everyone listens, communicates, and stays in rhythm.
Why This Call Is Open-Ended
You may notice we’re not setting a deadline. That’s intentional.
We’re not rushing this decision, because the right person matters more than speed. This is a long-term role, and we want someone who truly fits our values, our standards, and our way of working.
The call will remain open until we find the right person to join our team.
Why Your Work Matters
The cases you help build will travel the world. They will protect instruments played by professional musicians, soloists, and artists whose work moves audiences every day.
You won’t be on stage, but your work will be there for every performance.
How to Apply
If this resonates with you, please send us a short motivational email telling us about you, why you’d like to join A-Case and what draws you to this role. Only short listed candidates will be contacted.
We’re looking forward to finding the right note, and building the future together.
